1. RETURNS
IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE THEN YOU CAN RETURN THE PURCHASE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION (FIT FOR RE-SALE) WITH TAGS AND PACKAGING WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE OR 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER AT YOUR COST.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
In all cases, items that are being returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. Any items received in an unsuitable condition shall not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your cost.
Sale items and items purchased by you under Special discounts or promotions are non-refundable.
When making a Return you must ensure to include your original invoice when returning your order. Failure to do so may cause delays in processing your return.
If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange.
However if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost/damaged order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.
All refunds or claim shall be made only through the mode payment received, within 30 to 45 days and subject to the issuing bank policies.
2. EXCHANGES:
- Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges at this moment in time. Please return your item to us following the process above and we will process a refund for you
3. REFUNDS
- Unfortunately we are unable to refund the delivery charge of your order. However, if your item is damaged or faulty, and it is the only item on your order, we will refund your postage costs. If you have kept any items on your order, we will not be able to refund your postage.
We are unable to refund items returned to us which have exceeded 14 days of purchase date, have been returned in a non resale condition, or a sale item. There may be an additional charge to send these item(s) back to you.
For all goods which are returned excluding those which are damaged, faulty or wrongly dispatched, we will be administering a re-stocking fee of 10% of item subject to minimum of AED 20, this applies to only those items returned to us for any reason.
Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. Any products returns after 14 days of purchase date or 7 days from delivery date and that are not faulty will not be eligible for a refund of the delivery charge.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

How quickly can I return or cancel an item or Order?
As long as the product is unused and still in its original condition and packaging, you can return it within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please fill out our Product Returns form and send us pictures of the item, if needed.
You can cancel the order within 24 hours, once the order is placed by contacting us on order@prettyselection.com / +971-54-5872584. Refunds will be made back to the payment method used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 21 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
What form of refund can I get?
Once the product has been evaluated and is eligible for Return, we will process the refund onto the original mode of payment within 10 days, up to a maximum of 21 days, depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. Optionally, you may request for a store credit that you can use to order a replacement item, or you can use it on your next purchase. Store credit will be valid for 6 months.
What if I receive an item with a manufacturing defect?
If you have a complaint about your product or think it might have a defect, is damaged or has missing parts, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt at order@prettyselection.com / +971-54-5872584 so we can assess the problem and initiate an action. Please send us pictures or video of the item showing the fault or damaged part.
We will arrange a courier pick up from your location. The product must be repacked in the original packaging it was delivered in with all the parts, warranty, and labels intact. Upon receipt, it will be submitted for the routine evaluation and testing. If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect by our product experts and technical team, we will arrange for its repair or issue a replacement. If the item has a missing part, we will provide what’s missing.
If it has already been more than 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, we will arrange for repair of the returned item.
Should you decide that you do not want a replacement and the return request was received within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, we can issue a store credit valid for 6 months from the issue date. Kindly note that we are unable to process a cash refund.
If the item is working and is proven to be not faulty or damaged or requires proper configuration or assembly, we will return the item back to you.
Items we can’t refund or replace
Items we can’t process for return are mentioned along with the product description. Please make note of this at the time of purchase.
We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.
We do not accept returned items that will directly be sent back without checking with us and getting our approval.
Will I be charged if I have received the Item for Free Shipping?
If you have received Item with no shipping Charge, customer will still have to pay the return shipping Charges.

How long does it take for the whole return and exchange process to be completed?
We usually collect items within 24-48 hours from the date of your feedback. The delivery of replacement usually takes 4-5 working days from when we have received and evaluated the product.
What delivery destinations does the Pretty Selection eStore return policy apply to?
Items will be picked from the same location to where it has been delivered. Our return policy is applicable to items delivered to UAE only. We are unable to process a return for items shipped to any other destination.

Returns Policy - Sunglasses
We provide a high level of after sales service, which includes a guaranteed Return Policy subject to below mentioned terms and conditions. This policy is only for customers in UAE and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customers at this moment.
At prettyselections.com, returns and exchanges are made easy. We do our best to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. We are pretty confident that you’ll love our product.
Cancelation Policy
We strive to offer a seamless buying experience to our customers. With this, we have a very smooth full & partial cancellation policy set for our customers as below:
- In case of Sunglasses, order can be cancelled before the order is processed (Usually within 12-24 hours after the order is placed.) Acceptance of the cancellation requests post this time, will be completely at the discretion of Pretty Selection management team based on the status of the order.
- In case of Sunglasses, order cancellation are allowed only till the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Post dispatch no cancellation is allowed.
Cancellation requests will only be accepted by e-mail. Customers are requested to send an e-mail to sales@prettyselection.com with Order ID mentioned in the e-mail subject to raise a request for cancellation.
Once the cancellation request is accepted by Pretty Selection, the customer will receive a notification regarding the order cancellation & order amount will be refunded back to the payment solution used initially, after deducting payment gateway and handling charges if applicable. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy
Pretty Selection offers a 14 day return policy to all its users, subject to below mentioned terms and conditions. At Pretty Selection , we thank our customers for purchasing from our website. We recommend you to carefully read our policies, conditions as well as terms of use. This will give you all the important
information regarding our obligations and your rights as our customers for any purchase that you make on our website.
We strive to meet your expectations, make efforts to ensure all orders placed are delivered as per the specifications of our customers and stick to the timelines for shipping and delivery
In the below mentioned cases, customer is eligible to raise a Return/Replacement/Refund request.
- Product is different from the specifications (Colour/Shape/Size etc;) mentioned on website at the time of placing an order.
- Product is damaged in transit before it is delivered to user. (It is the customer’s responsibility to not accept the damaged shipment or if the package is already opened. However, if the product is found to be damaged after opening the package, the customer should inform us via. sales@prettyselection.com , within 3 hours. Unfortunately, if the information reaches us after that, then he/she will not be eligible for free returns.)
Returns/Replacements/Refund requests will only be accepted by e-mail. Customers are requested to send an e-mail to sales@prettyselection.com with Order ID mentioned in the e-mail subject to raise a request for Return/Replacement/Refund. If the complaint or request falls under the above mentioned cases, our Returns team will be initialising the return process within 24-48 hours and will be notifying you regarding the same.
Return Process
- Post return request is accepted, customers are required to pack the entire product including packing material, invoice, all accessories and keep it ready for pick up.
- Post pick up, our QC team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good condition for further sale & if all the items have been sent back. In case product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, Pretty Selection has the rights to deny replacement/refund to the customer.
- Please note that the shipping fees and Cash on delivery fees are non refundable and will not be included in the refunded amount.
Based on the inspection and verification of the product by our QC team, Pretty Selection reserves the complete rights and at its sole discretion can either provide replacement or refund.
In case of refund, order amount will be refunded back to the payment solution used initially, after deducting payment gateway, shipping and handling charges if applicable. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send your items back to you and explain the reason for refusal.
Warranty Policy | Terms & Conditions
One Year Warranty is applicable on relevant products & warranty period starts from the date of delivery. This warranty is not applicable on damages resulting from any sort of negligence, mishandling, accidents, corrosion or rust, and loss of components or accessories on the customer’s part. This warranty is valid only when you buy through Pretty Selection portal. A product will only be replaced by Pretty Selection on its sole discretion depending on the nature of defects. Pretty Selection will not be accountable for payments or refund against any incidental or consequential damages.
Apart from these, in the case the original manufacturers/producer/reseller provide any specific warranty, then, those will be applicable subject to Your compliance with the warranty terms mentioned therein. With respect to the warranty offered by the original manufacturer /producer/reseller, the Company would not be responsible or liable for the same. Your claims will have to be raised with the original manufacturer /producer/reseller. If feasible, the Company may provide reasonable assistance in this regard.
Returns Policy – Fashion Jewellery
At prettyselections.com, our goal is simple: We want you to feel as confident in your order.
You may return Fashion Jewellery purchased online for size, fit or style reasons within 30 days of shipment of your order, provided it has not been damaged, altered or worn. Returning your prettyselection.com Fashion Jewellery is free and easy to do.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Additional Information
International Orders, meaning outside UAE, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Make sure to contact us at sales@prettyselection.com before returning your Fashion Jewellery, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees).

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@prettyselection.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

In order for the return to be accepted, it must respect the following rules:
- The product must never be used or opened;
- The product has to be sealed in its original packaging, including the protective cellophane or labels (if any) – if the product box has no mark or seal, you must keep intact the box, or any other packaging;
- You shall ensure that the product conforms to all the accompanying components: samples, gifts, among others, respecting the original shipping conditions;
Any problems regarding products purchased on our website, after opening and using them, should be consulted with a certain manufacturer directly.
At Pretty Selection, our main goal is your complete satisfaction so purchasing with us is easy and fully transparent and we offer an “Easy Return Policy” wherein you can make a return request of a product within 14 workdays of its delivery.
Before attempting to return an order, you will need to contact our customer service team (at sales@prettyselections.com) to request a returns authorization. It is very important that you wait for our email with the return information and save product(-s) under the same conditions that you’ve received them in order to return it. Observe the maximum period of 7 days after our confirmation of your order to send the product(-s) to our address along with any documents instructed by us.
After receiving the product(-s) back – if you proceed accordingly to all the information and the product(-s) are received by us in their original packaging – we will review the case within 5 working days and contact you via email providing confirmation. In case of refund, it can take extra 5-10 working days to be processed. You will receive an e-mail confirming your account has been credited once your refund is processed.
We are more than happy to cover/refund the cost of return when it is required due to our error.
We will not refund the cost of returning the order if the return is caused by the customer’s mistake or if the product(-s) is no longer wanted or required. These costs will need to be covered by you.
Return Process

We need you to let us know the order number and the item(-s) you want to return. Send that information along with an explanation of the situation to our email, attaching photos (if necessary). Upon receipt of these details, we will provide you with instruction and all the necessary information/documents needed to arrange the return. Return process depends on the country you are in.
Refunds
Returned and cancelled orders
You can cancel the order by contacting us, via email, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please provide all necessary information regarding your order: order number or eventually full name used to place the order. We will get back to you via email informing you about the status of your order! Please keep in mind that unless cancellation takes place before the shipment has been processed, your order cannot be stopped and will be delivered to you. At this point, you will be able to process with a return.
After confirming the status of the order, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item. It can take extra 5-10 working days to be processed. You will receive an e-mail confirming your account has been credited once your refund is processed.
Undelivered orders
Providing an incomplete or incorrect address may lead to the parcel being returned to Pretty Selection. Hence, we recommend to always make sure that the delivery address provided when placing the order is correct and complete.
In case of delivery with Regular Courier Service, once the order is shipped it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.
In such a case, the parcel will reach the destination and will be returned to us after some time. After receiving the parcel, we will contact you immediately via email and you will decide which solution is better for you:
- if you want us to send the order again (meaning you will have to cover the cost of reshipment);
- or if you want us to cancel your order at this point (in such case the cost of shipping is not refundable). In that case, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item. It can take extra 5-10 working days to be processed
The refund of the amount paid by the customer upon purchase is made after the arrival of goods to us. We will inform you via email about it and we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item. It can take extra 5-10 working days to be processed.
Faulty and wrong item(-s)
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. Although we try our best to prevent any damage to your goods during transportation, it is possible that problems may occur. We also have high standards when it comes to preparing your order however mistakes, can occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged or wrong item. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate. Please provide details of the fault and attach pictures of the parcel and problematic product (-s) to your message so we can have any chance of evaluating the situation. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.
We will review each case individually and provide the best solution possible. We can offer refund, partial refund, discount for future purchase or reshipment of the item(-s). In case of refund we will process it back to the original account used to purchase the item. It can take extra 5-10 working days to be processed. Returns Policy – Home Decor
What is your policy on returns?
We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.
We do not accept:
– Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
– Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.
– Products you wish to exchange for a different colour or size. (We currently do not offer an exchange service which means that you will need to return the product first and purchase what you wish instead).
What is your returns policy on Pretty selections products?
We will accept returns on your Home Box purchases if:
– You have purchased it within the last 30 days.
– You have the original invoice.
– The item has not been used in any way.
– The item is not damaged.
You will receive a refund if:
– The item has a manufacturing defect.
– You cancel your order at least (24) hours before the delivery time.
Our crew can take 3-5 business days to collect your returns. If you’ve paid by Credit or Debit Card, your refund will be credited back to your card or account within 2-15 days, depending on your bank.
If you’ve paid by Cash on Delivery, you will receive a Return Voucher for the full value of your order.
If I decide I don’t want my order when it’s being delivered, can I return it directly to your delivery partner?
Yes, you can return your order at the time of delivery.
I’ve just returned my Cash on Delivery order. Will my Cash on Delivery charge be refunded?
It depends on whether you return your order fully or partially. If you return the entire order, your Cash on Delivery charges will be refunded. If you return only part of your order, your Cash on Delivery charges will not be refunded.
I paid for my order by Cash on Delivery. Can I return the products and get a cash refund?
Your Cash on Delivery charge will only be refunded if you return your entire order.
Here’s how it works:
Call for a pickup – You can ask Customer Support to transfer your refund to your bank account. Guest users can opt for a Return Voucher.
Online return – We’re sorry, we won’t be able to offer you a cash refund or a bank transfer. You’ll receive a refund to My Credit in your account, while guest users will get a Return Voucher.
Credit Notes and Return Vouchers are single-use vouchers valid for 6 months from the date of issue, which can be redeemed against your Home Box purchases online or in-store.
If I pay for my order with a Credit or Debit Card, how long will it take to process my refund?
If you’ve paid by Credit or Debit Card, here’s how long it will take:
- 2-3 business days to receive your returned items.
- 2 business days to perform a quality check and issue the refund.
Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 4-15 business days to process the transaction.
